We create artful florals for weddings across the Matakana Coast.. Whether you're planning an intimate gathering or a grand celebration, we'll guide you through every step of the journey, from your initial enquiry to installation on the day and pack-down afterwards.

Guide to securing your wedding date
and how we'll work together
1. Send Us an Enquiry
Get in touch and share any inspiration images, colour palettes, Pinterest boards, or ideas you have for your wedding flowers.
2. Quote
We'll prepare a personalised, no-obligation quote based on your requirements. Your quote will remain valid for 7 days, and we'll hold your wedding date during this time.
4. Sign
We'll send through our wedding contract outlining all the details of your booking.
5. Pay Deposit
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding date. Once received, your date is officially reserved and unavailable to any other clients.
6. Refine Details
We'll work closely with you to finalise your floral styling and arrangements. Whether you'd like to be involved in every detail or prefer us to take the lead, we're happy to tailor the process to suit you.
7. Six Weeks Out
All floral requirements and quantities must be confirmed. At this stage, we'll place any specialty flower and foliage orders required for your wedding.
8. Two Weeks Out
The remaining balance of your invoice is due.
9. The Big Day
It's time for the magic to happen. You can collect your flowers from our studio, or we'll deliver and professionally install everything at your venue, ensuring it's beautifully prepared for your ceremony and celebration.
10. The Day After
For added convenience, we offer a post-wedding pack-down service. We'll return to the venue to remove floral installations and arrange the collection of any hired items.
