Your Wedding Journey with Twig & Bloom
We're so excited to be part of your special day. Here's a simple guide to securing your wedding date and how we'll work together to bring your floral vision to life.
When you book your wedding with Twig & Bloom, your date is reserved exclusively for you. This ensures we can dedicate our full attention, creativity, and resources to creating beautiful floral arrangements that perfectly complement your celebration.
1. Send Us an Enquiry
Get in touch and share any inspiration images, colour palettes, Pinterest boards, or ideas you have for your wedding flowers.
2. Receive Your Complimentary Quote
We'll prepare a personalised, no-obligation quote based on your requirements. Your quote will remain valid for 7 days, and we'll hold your wedding date during this time.
3. Accept Your Quote
Once you're happy with the quote, simply let us know you'd like to proceed.
4. Sign Your Wedding Agreement
We'll send through our wedding contract outlining all the details of your booking.
5. Pay Your Deposit
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding date. Once received, your date is officially reserved and unavailable to any other clients.
6. Refine the Details
We'll work closely with you to finalise your floral styling and arrangements. Whether you'd like to be involved in every detail or prefer us to take the lead, we're happy to tailor the process to suit you.
7. Six Weeks Before Your Wedding
All floral requirements and quantities must be confirmed. At this stage, we'll place any specialty flower and foliage orders required for your wedding.
8. Two Weeks Before Your Wedding
The remaining balance of your invoice is due.
9. Your Wedding Day
It's time for the magic to happen. You can collect your flowers from our studio, or, if included in your quote, we'll deliver and professionally install everything at your venue, ensuring it's beautifully prepared for your ceremony and celebration.
10. The Day After
For added convenience, if included in your quote, we offer a post-wedding pack-down service. We'll return to the venue to remove floral installations and arrange the collection of any hired items.
