Delivery/click & collect

We offer local hand-delivery from Puhoi to Mangawhai, plus flexible click & collect options during and after hours. We also offer nationwide shipping on a select range of outdoor plants.

Local delivery

Our staff hand-delivers locally for speed and freshness in a zero-emission electric van.

Delivery areas

We deliver locally between Puhoi and Mangawhai. See the map below for our detailed delivery zones.

Delivery times

We deliver from 2 to 7 PM Monday to Saturday (no deliveries on Sundays)*.

The delivery order is determined by the delivery person based on the orders for each day.

If you need a delivery outside of these hours, please call the shop on 021 246 5466 at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

* Except Valentine's and Mother's Day when we start deliveries at 9 AM on the day.

Same-day delivery

All orders made before 2 PM will be delivered on the same-day.

Delivery charges are calculated at check-out.

What happens if nobody is home?

Our fresh flower bouquets are carefully water-wrapped with compostable bags, keeping them hydrated for up to 24 hours.

Fresh flowers in vases are delivered with water included.

If no one is home at the time of delivery, we’ll leave it in a safe, shaded spot.

Unsuccessful deliveries

If we've been given an incorrect delivery address or can't access he property due to a locked gate or dog, and can't get anyone on the phone number provided with the order, we'll leave a 'Card to Call' in the mailbox, and the recipient will need to pick up from our Matakana store.

If you'd ike us to redeliver you'll need to pay the delivery fee again.

Sustainability

Our staff deliver using electric vehicles ensuring a more sustainable service.

Beware non-local florists

Many Auckland florists say they deliver in our area, but the flowers arrive 3-5 days late and are wilted.

Local click & collect

Click & collect from our studio between 10 am and 4 pm daily, or after-hours from Matakana Cinemas, who are open late and are just next door.

Pickup times

We'll send you an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Same-day orders won't be ready for collection until 2 PM.

Opening hours & location

We're open from 10 AM to 4 PM, 7-days.

We are located at Shop 15, 2 Matakana Valley Road, Auckland. You'll find us down the driveway in the square where the Farmers Market is held on Saturdays.

After-hours pickups

After-hour pick-ups are available from Matakana Cinemas who are open late and are right next door. Just go to the ticket counter and give them your name.

Nationwide delivery

We use NZ Post to deliver our outdoor plants nationwide.

Delivery times

Outdoor plant orders received before 10am are dispatched that day and delivered to North Island main centres the next day. South Island orders take 2-3 days, and Rural deliveries add an additional day.

Delivery charges

We charge a flat fee of $15 for nationwide shipping.

What happens if nobody is home?

Plants will be left in a safe location and photographed upon delivery.

What happens if the driver can't access the property?

If the driver encounters access issues, we will reach out to you for clarification before advising NZ Post on the next steps.

Can I add other products to an outdoor plant order?

Yes, but only for local delivery.

This is because our outdoor plants are shipped Nationwide from our distribution centre, and everything else is hand-delivered by us locally.

In this case the shipment will be split, which means there will be two delivery charges and dates.
